Our team of professional, state-licenced canyoning instructors will be your guides to the best canyoning in the jura and elsewhere
The principle of canyoning is to descend our sumptuous Jura rivers in gorges or narrow passages. Progress through the riverbed involves walking, swimming, jumps of varying heights (which are not compulsory) and natural slides. In some of the more technical canyons, we descend waterfalls using ropes, abseiling or zip lines. It’s a real outdoor physical activity.
Canyoning, unlike aquatic trekking, involves compulsory obstacles and abseiling. Aquatic canyoning is therefore more suitable for beginners, but can also be very sporty if you want it to be.
The Jura is an exceptional place for canyoning, with its verdant scenery, limestone rock and diversity of routes, which we adapt to suit your level, age and weather conditions. There’s something for every age and skill level, from beginner to expert. A minimum level of physical fitness is required. Please let us know if you have any health concerns, and of course you must be able to swim. With friends or family, individuals or corporate outings, we’ll be happy to help you discover the finest canyons in the Jura.
