General conditions of sale
booking
After receiving the quote sent by “h2o canyon”, return the signed quote along with a check for 30% of the activity price (made payable to Simon Walter). The reservation is only final once these conditions are met.
The weight, height and shoe size of each participant in the activity must be communicated as soon as possible.
cancelation
A reservation can be modified subject to availability. You can cancel an activity up to 10 days in advance. After that, if a modification is not possible, or if you wish to cancel your activity, your deposit will be retained. Any cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity date will result in the full activity fee being charged.
METEO
Canyoning activities are weather dependent. If safety conditions cannot be guaranteed (storm, high water level), “h2o canyon” reserves the right to change the location, the date of the meeting, or to cancel the activity. In this case, you will receive a full refund.
INSURANCE AND PPE EQUIPMENT
The H2o canyon guides have professional liability insurance.
It is recommended that each practitioner have “individual accident insurance”.
The equipment provided is suitable and regularly checked. PPE standard (personal protective equipment).
physical fitness
Each participant must arrive in a minimum level of physical fitness. Any medical treatment or health problems must be reported during registration.
